Watching for the FREAKS!
When you visit this site you can enter your address and a map will pop up with your house as the small icon of a house. Red, blue, green, dots will surround your entire neighborhood. When you click on these dots, a picture of a person will appear with an address and the description of the crime he or she had committed.

I spent way too much time searching out the sickos....
The site is a tad lacking from a parent's perspective. It doesn't say if the crime, such as "INVOLUNTARY DEVIATE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE", was perpetrated against an adult or a child. I would feel a little better if I knew who the FREAKS target audience was.
